New Delhi. Indian-origin fast bowler Saurabh Netravalkar played an important role in USA’s victory over Pakistan. Saurabh bowled brilliantly in the super over and gave America a historic victory. This cricketer of Indian origin has played the Under 19 World Cup for India. Saurabh says that he enjoys ‘coding’ outside the field and troubling the batsmen inside the field. USA defeated Pakistan and registered their second consecutive victory in the World Cup.
Left-arm fast bowler Saurabh Netravalkar did not let former champion Pakistan reach the target in the super over. Due to which America was successful in making the biggest upset of the tournament. Due to this, Netravalkar suddenly became a topic of discussion in the cricket world. Netravalkar told PTI, ‘This was just one match in which we performed well. Our focus should be on the next match and to be honest, all the players in the US team are trying to absorb their achievements.’

Originally from Mumbai and a member of India’s Under-19 team, Netravalkar is a software engineer by profession. He has balanced cricket and his job very well. He said, ‘I never felt pressure. When you like something, it is no longer work for you. So when I am on the field, I like bowling and troubling the batsmen. When I do coding, I get absorbed in it. So I never felt that I am doing any work forcefully.’
The USA team has reached the top of the group with 4 points after winning two consecutive matches. India is at the second position in this group with 2 points while Pakistan is still waiting to open its account. The USA team will face India on 12 June.
