Two people were killed when a bus skidded off the road in Udak area of Ramnagar in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir. 25 people have also been injured in the accident, out of which five have serious injuries. Ramnagar SDPO Bhishma Dubey said, “Two people were killed, 25 injured when a bus skidded off the road in Udak area of Ramnagar. The bus was on its way to Kogarmarh. Five seriously injured were taken to the District Hospital Udhampur. has been referred.”
It was told that people were returning from the wedding ceremony after boarding the bus. The deceased have been identified as Rajjo Devi (66) and Vimala Devi (48). Both are residents of Kagot area. Police officials say that the matter is still under investigation.
Man, woman found dead inside car in Udhampur
At the same time, the bodies of a man and a woman were found inside a car on Dhar Road in Udhampur district itself. The male (28 years) resident of Gora Salathia and the female (26 years) resident of Ramgarh were found unconscious inside the car near Darsu village, 20 km from Udhampur, late on Tuesday, officials said. Both were married, but he was married to someone else.
Officials said some people got suspicious and informed the police about the car which was parked on the road for several hours. The police broke the window panes of the car and took both of them to the hospital, where doctors declared them brought dead. Preliminary investigation suggests that the two had a love affair and possibly committed suicide.
