New Delhi/Ranchi. Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren is in big trouble in the matter of taking the lease of the mine. The Election Commission has sent a notice to him in this matter. The commission has asked why action should not be taken against them for taking the lease of the mine. According to the commission, this case is a violation of section 9-A of the Representation of the People Act. It may also result in disqualification from the House. Former minister and MLA from Jamshedpur East seat, Saryu Rai, however, does not believe that any action will be taken. He says that until it is proved that Hemant Soren has misused his influence, then his chair is not in danger. However, Saryu Rai said that in the mining lease case, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner and Mining Officer should have told the correct facts to the CM.
The matter of getting mining lease to Hemant Soren was raised by BJP leader and former CM Raghuvar Das. Raghuvar had given documents to Governor Ramesh Bais in this regard. This matter also went to the Jharkhand High Court. Where the Soren government had apologized. At the same time, the Governor had sent all the documents to the Election Commission. Now the commission has sought a report from the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand. After which it is believed that Hemant Soren’s CM chair can also go. The special thing is that Hemant Soren also has a mining department. For this reason, the matter gained a lot of attention. In the past, it was also reported that Soren has given a big land to his wife in the industrial area of Ranchi. Hemant Soren is also on the target of BJP regarding this. At the same time, the Congress, which is supporting his government, has kept silence. So far no statement has come from the Congress side in both the cases.
