Bhopal . The politics of Madhya Pradesh has been heated these days due to the controversial statement of Congress state president and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath. BJP is attacking and many of its leaders are besieging Kamal Nath, while Congress leaders are not seen standing with Kamal Nath. The assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh may be held after more than a year, but the political stakes have intensified. Kamal Nath had raised questions on the discussion in the assembly in the past, as well as allegedly said why should I go to listen to nonsense. The BJP took this word in its hands and started attacking Kamal Nath. BJP State President Vishnu Dutt Sharma wrote a letter to the Speaker of the Assembly, Girish Gautam, for action. Girish Gautam has examined Kamal Nath’s statement and spoken to legal experts for opinion.
On behalf of the BJP, Home Minister Narottam Mishra has also taken a jibe at Kamal Nath, while Yashpal Sisodia has also written a letter to the Speaker on this matter and has demanded strict action against him. Not only this, BJP is going to make Kamal Nath’s statement an issue of breach of privilege.
On the one hand, while the BJP’s all-round attack on the controversial statement is on the Congress and Kamal Nath, on the other hand, no prominent leader has come forward from the Congress side. This is being seen by linking it to the ongoing tussle between the Congress. Overall, Kamal Nath is seen falling alone in this matter.
