The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has tightened the noose on Karti Chidambaram. In fact, on Tuesday morning, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raided several places of Karti Chidambaram, son of P Chidambaram. According to sources, the CBI has raided Karti’s house and office. It is being told that the CBI has taken this strict action regarding the alleged foreign investment on Karti. Meanwhile, now another big information related to the raid of Karti Chidambaram has come to the fore. Now the Chinese connection is also coming to the fore in this case. Let us tell you that even before this, CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) had raided Karti’s premises several times. The raids were then conducted on issues of disproportionate assets and money laundering.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has conducted a search operation at several places (residence and office) of Congress leader Karti Chidambaram in connection with an ongoing case. His office told ANI.

According to reports, CBI has raided 9 locations of Karti. Raids are on at 3 places each in Mumbai and Tamil Nadu. Apart from this, raids have been conducted at 1-1 places in Punjab, Karnataka and Odisha. Congress leader’s son Karti Chidambaram is accused of issuing visas to Chinese workers for a project for which he also took a bribe of Rs 50 lakh. Karti allegedly got their visas issued by taking money from Chinese engineers working for the Talwandi Sabo Power Limited project.
According to sources, the CBI has registered a fresh case against Karti for allegedly receiving foreign funds between 2010-2014. Let us tell you that during that time there was UPA government in the country. Now after the matter comes to the fore, the problems of the Congress leader may increase.
Earlier, Karti Chidambaram’s reaction to the CBI raid had come to the fore. Expressing his pain for the tweet, Karti wrote, “How many times this has happened, I forgot to count. It should have a record.”
