New Delhi. The campaign of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who was released from Tihar Jail after getting interim bail from the Supreme Court, continues. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will hold road shows in New Delhi and West Delhi Lok Sabha area tomorrow. Earlier today, Arvind Kejriwal did a road show in South Delhi and East Delhi Lok Sabha. In his road show, Kejriwal said that he missed the people of Delhi a lot. I feel very good to be among you today. It is the blessings of the mothers, sisters and elders of Delhi that today I am among you and campaigning.
Arvind Kejriwal said that when Bhagwant Mann and my wife Sunita used to come to meet me in jail, these people used to ask about my well-being. Then I used to ask how are my Delhiites? The facilities provided to them are working properly, right? Kejriwal said that when they arrested me, I thought what was my crime? My crime is that I built good schools, mohalla clinics and government schools for the people of Delhi. My only crime is that I provided 24-hour electricity to the people of Delhi and I was arrested for this crime. I gave free medicines and treatment in hospitals to the people of Delhi but in Tihar these people stopped my medicine.
The fate and direction of the country will change
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal said that you people should support ‘INDIA’ alliance, this will change the fate and direction of the country. Many great dictators came to India, but their dictatorship did not last. The public overthrew him. Today I am fighting against dictatorship with all my heart, mind and wealth and have come to seek the support of 140 crore people of the country in this fight. Kejriwal said that BJP is being wiped out from the entire country. ‘INDIA’ government will be formed on June 4 and AAP will participate in it. After this we are going to give full state status to Delhi.
‘When Bhagwant and Sunita used to come to meet him in jail…’ Kejriwal’s love for the people of Delhi shown in the road show, it is just my crime…
Gave free treatment to Delhiites
Arvind Kejriwal said that I provided free treatment to the people of Delhi. I am a sugar patient. But when I went to Tihar Jail, they did not allow me to take insulin. I had told you guys that I would come out soon and now I am here. You guys don’t worry. When I was in jail, I was not worried about myself but about my people of Delhi. I was worried about how the children’s education was going. Has the free travel of women in buses been stopped somewhere? People who came to meet me used to tell me that everything was fine.
