The Kolkata High Court has ordered to hand over the investigation into the death of a 14-year-old girl in Nadia, West Bengal to the CBI. The court has asked the police to give all the information related to the case to the CBI. The court said that the case is being handed over to the CBI to assure the victim’s family and the people around them of a proper investigation in the matter. Along with this, the court has ordered the state government to ensure the safety of the victim’s family and the witnesses related to the case.
