New Delhi. A horrific accident took place in Ladakh on Friday. Here in Turtuk sector, a bus carrying Indian soldiers had become a victim of an accident. 7 jawans lost their lives in this road accident, while 19 jawans were seriously injured. Many leaders including President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had condoled the accident. At the same time, now a big update has come out on this matter. It is being told that now action has been taken against the bus driver Ahmed Shah regarding this matter. Also an FIR has been registered in the matter.
Such information is coming out that the driver Ahmed Shah had jumped out of the bus at the last moment. According to the information received, a case has been registered against the driver Ahmed Shah under sections 337 (endangering life of any person by his actions), 304-A (death by negligence) and 279 (wrongful driving) IPC. The said accident took place in Hanif sector, which is 25 km from Thosay. As soon as the bomb started falling in a gorge 50-60 feet deep, the driver Ahmed Shah jumped out.

Such information has also come to the fore that the vehicle in which the soldiers were being taken was about 13 years old. The name of the owner of the bus is being told as Mohammad Ibrahim. As per the data available online, the bus has been registered with the Leh RTO office. Apart from this, the fitness of the bus carrying the soldiers has also expired two years ago. This bus was financed from Jammu and Kashmir Bank.
