Mumbai In Delhi, the sensational murder of Shraddha Walkar and the throwing of her dead body after dividing it into 35 pieces was revealed. Even before this, bodies of many girls have been found in suitcases. In Shraddha’s case, the name of the killer is Aftab Poonawala. At the same time, in many other cases, a person from another community has turned out to be an accused. In such a situation, now there is a demand for a strict law to stop Love Jihad. Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has even announced that if needed, his government will bring a law against love jihad, but now a state government seems to be taking steps in this matter. Please tell that Shraddha’s father had met Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis on Friday itself. Only after that the matter of bringing anti-love jihad law is coming to the fore.

According to sources, Eknath Shinde’s government in Maharashtra is about to bring a law against love jihad in the assembly. There is a preparation to bring this law during the winter session of the Vidhansabha. There may not be any restriction on inter-religious relations in the anti-love jihad law to be brought in Maharashtra, but in cases like Shraddha Walkar, provision will be made to punish the guilty in the harshest way. According to sources, a provision for death penalty has to be made in the cases of murder. Maharashtra will be the first state to enact a law against love jihad.
Earlier, some states including UP had enacted laws against conversion through love. The states have been greatly appreciated for bringing these laws. The matter of love jihad has been hot for a long time. In such a situation, the government of Eknath Shinde can force other states to follow the same path by bringing a law in this regard. It is believed that after Maharashtra, other BJP and NDA ruled states will also enact strict punishment laws against Love Jihad.
