New Delhi. Today, the budget session of the Parliament has started from 31st January. On this occasion, the woman President of the country Draupadi Murm gave her address in the joint sitting of both the Houses. The first budget session of the Parliament will continue till February 13 and the second phase starting from March 13 will continue till April 6. There will be a total of 27 sittings during this budget session. The country’s President Draupadi Murmu, during her address, also gave information about the status of India in the world today and how much the world’s outlook has changed for the country due to the steps taken by the Modi government…
During his address, Draupadi Murmu described India as a developing country and said that from the world’s tenth economy, India has reached the fifth position today. The action being taken by our jawans on the border, from surgical strike to terrorism, from LOC to LAC, the kind of befitting reply being given tells the achievements of the Modi government. Describing the Modi government as a decisive government, President Draupadi Murmu also mentioned the repeal of Article 370 and triple talaq.
Described the policy of Modi government
In his address, President Draupadi Murmu discussed the policy of the Modi government. Describing the schemes and works of the Modi government, he mentioned the early tax refund, the ambitious PM Garib Kalyan scheme for the poor. Apart from this, the work done by the Modi government for the deprived sections of the tribals was also appreciated. Referring to the government’s Jal Jeevan Mission scheme in his address, Draupadi Murmu said that in three years, about 11 crore families have been connected with this water supply. The class which has benefited the most from this is the poor family. Next, he mentioned the One Nation One Ration Card scheme by removing fake beneficiaries and described the country as Digital India leading the world.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also addressed the media in the Parliament House before the start of the budget session and said that today not only India but the whole world is eyeing the budget session. Today is a very important day. Our President will address both the Houses of the Parliament for the first time which is a pride for the Constitution of India and the parliamentary system. PM Modi further said about the opposition that we hope the opposition leaders will present their views in the Parliament. There will be a dispute regarding the budget, but there should also be a debate. I am sure that our opposition and all our friends will present their views in the House after studying the budget closely.
