The controversy, which has already started in the country regarding Azaan, has now reached the doors of the Supreme Court. Actually, the Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha has filed a letter petition in the Supreme Court – demanding a complete ban on giving Azan from loudspeakers. In the letter petition filed in the court, it has been demanded that azaan done through loudspeakers in mosques should be completely banned. It has also been said in the petition that mosque and dargah are not considered as places of worship. It has been said that this is the place of public meeting.

In the petition filed in the Supreme Court, the Hindu Mahasabha has said that the mosque, Idgah and Dargah should be declared as the place of community meeting. It has also been argued in the petition that when Islam was born, the Quran was revealed and when Islam spread, there were no loudspeakers at that time.
Let us tell you, these days, in many states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, there is a dispute regarding Ajan and loudspeaker. In many places, there is also a situation of controversy regarding this. In Maharashtra, the Ajan controversy has deepened the most.
