Lucknow. BJP leader and former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has hit back at the leaders opposing the survey of madrasas in UP and Uttarakhand. Naqvi has wanted to know from the leaders and Muslim organizations who have given provocative statements opposing the survey that if there is nothing to hide in madrasas, then why are they opposing the survey? Naqvi raised this question while addressing the conclusion of the training program of BJP Minority Morcha in Lucknow on Friday. Naqvi said that communal politics is being done on the survey of madrasas. He said that there is no doubt on all the madrasas, but the ruckus on the survey does raise questions. He said that if there is nothing to hide, then why are some people screaming so much.
Naqvi also alleged that some people spread false propaganda by talking about Islamophobia. Due to this such people keep trying to defame the country. He said that there is a need to beware of such people and syndicates. The former Union Minister said that BJP has done inclusive politics. Plans have been implemented for all. BJP has demolished the political deceit of appeasement. Naqvi said that the bundle of crimes of foreign invaders should not be put on the heads of Muslims as a burden, but some people keep doing so.
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, All India Muslim Personal Law Board and Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind had protested on the issue of survey in madrasas. Owaisi has given many provocative statements about this. Owaisi had even described this move as a conspiracy to suppress Muslims further. Whereas, the Personal Law Board had raised the question that what is the need of survey of madrasas? At the same time, Jamiat leader Maulana Mahmood Mahmood Madani had said that he would keep an eye on this survey and if anything went wrong, he would raise his voice against it.
