With special permission from the central organization, the Bharatiya Janata Party has increased the posts of two vice-presidents and two state ministers in the state organization. At the same time, one post was vacant due to the appointment of State Vice President Gajendra Singh Patel as the National General Secretary in the Scheduled Tribes Morcha. In such a situation, the party has appointed five posts on Tuesday. Brijraj Singh Chauhan, former MLA, has got the post of a state vice-president in Scindia quota. Chouhan hails from Sheopur district and is a supporter of Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia.
Another Scindia supporter Kshitij Bhatt has been appointed as the state minister. They belong to Shajapur district. By combining them, the party has made five new officials. Rehabilitation of former divisional organization ministers Out of the five appointments made in the state organization, there are two former divisional organization ministers. Who was relieved by the party a few days ago. Shyam Mahajan has been made the state vice-president and Keshav Singh Bhadauria has been made the state minister.
Party sources said that other divisional organization ministers have been rehabilitated earlier in the corporation board, but these two leaders had expressed their desire to work in the organization without taking any post in the government. This is the reason that both have been entrusted with the responsibility in the organization.
Chauhan got reward
Here, former MLA Nagar Singh Chauhan has been made the state vice-president for not getting a ticket in the Jobat by-election. Chouhan was deprived of the ticket due to the joining of Congress leader Sulochana Rawat from Jobat in the BJP. This post fell vacant after the resignation of State Vice President Gajendra Singh Patel. Patel has been made the National General Secretary of BJP National Scheduled Tribes Morcha. Due to this he left the post of state vice-president.
