Aurangabad. Maharashtra Navnirman Sena MNS chief Raj Thackeray has now given a new ultimatum to remove loudspeakers from the mosques of Maharashtra. Raj Thackeray said in a huge rally in Aurangabad on the occasion of Maharashtra Day on Sunday that there are many festivals and festivals till May 3. Because of this, they will remain silent, but from May 4, if the loudspeakers are not removed from the mosques, then Hanuman Chalisa will be read in double voice by putting loudspeakers in front of them. He questioned that if loudspeakers can be removed from religious places in UP, why can’t it be done in Maharashtra? With this new ultimatum of Raj Thackeray, the politics of Maharashtra is expected to heat up in the matter of loudspeakers.
At the rally at Kranti Chowk in Aurangabad, Raj Thackeray clearly said that he does not intend to disturb peace or incite riots. He said that earlier also and I am saying now that loudspeaker is not a religious issue but a social issue. If loudspeakers will play in mosques, then Hanuman Chalisa will definitely be recited. Along with this, Raj Thackeray said in his special style that today is May 1. Tomorrow is May 2. The day after tomorrow on 3rd May is Eid. From May 4 onwards, we should not hear voices from mosques. He said that there are 600 mosques in Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad). All these loudspeakers are illegal. Such loudspeakers should be introduced all over the country.
In his rally, Raj also targeted Nationalist Congress NCP chief Sharad Pawar. Raj said that caste is loved by everyone, but the politics of casteism in Maharashtra started with the birth of NCP. He alleged that Sharad Pawar is annoyed with the word Hindu. He mentions Shahuji, Jyotiba Rao Phule and Ambedkar in his speech, but does not name Chhatrapati Shivaji. Raj Thackeray said that Shivaji Maharaj was an idea, not a person. Geography slips from under the feet of those who do not remember history.
