First step- First of all, you have to put flour, salt and ghee in a bowl and then knead it well and leave it to rest for a while.

Second step- Now you have to grind the soaked moong dal finely and make a paste. In the next step, place the pan on the stove and turn on the gas.

Third step- Put ghee in a pan and let it heat up and after the ghee is heated, you have to add seasoning to it. Add fennel, cumin, asafoetida and some spices to the ghee and add seasoning.
