Ingredients to make Palak Patta Chaat
To make Palak Patta Chaat, you need 1 cup gram flour, salt as per taste, 10 to 12 leaves of spinach, water as per requirement, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, half cup curd, black salt as per taste, a pinch of cumin, a pinch of red chilli powder. You will need one small finely chopped onion, 2 teaspoon chopped tomatoes, 1 green chilli, 1 teaspoon tamarind chutney, 1 teaspoon mint chutney, 1 teaspoon boondi, 1 teaspoon pomegranate, 2 teaspoon sev.

First step: First of all, put gram flour in a big bowl and prepare the solution by adding salt, carom seeds and water to it. After this, add freshly cleaned spinach leaves to the gram flour solution. Now place the pan on the gas and add oil for frying. After this, mix spinach leaves with gram flour and coat it well.

Second step: Now add spinach leaves coated in gram flour in hot oil and fry until golden and crisp. Arrange the prepared crunchy spinach leaves in a plate and add black salt, cumin and red chili powder to it. After this, add curd on top and then add chopped onion, tomato and green chilli.

Third step: Now sprinkle dry spices as per taste along with tamarind chutney and mint chutney. Your tasty Palak Patta Chaat is ready, garnish it with sev, boondi and pomegranate and serve it.
