Step 1: First of all, finely chop the spinach. Now turn on the gas and pour water in a pan. Put the chopped spinach and corn in this water to boil.

Step 2: When the spinach and corn boil, turn off the gas. When it cools down, grind the spinach and corn in a mixer jar.

Step 3: Now put the spinach and corn paste in a deep vessel. Add one cup gram flour and 3 teaspoons curd to this paste. Now mix them well. After this, mix 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and salt according to taste in this paste. Your batter is ready.
