Mangaluru. The wires of the blast in an auto in Mangaluru, Karnataka on Saturday are being linked to the dreaded terrorist organization ISIS. According to the police, the accused of this blast is Mohammad Shariq. NIA is also probing this matter. Investigations so far have revealed that Shariq has links with the Al-Hind branch of ISIS. Shariq has been identified as the blast accused. Earlier also he was arrested under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act UAPA. Then he got bail from the court. The police was looking for him in connection with another terrorist incident. Shariq is injured in the auto blast. His treatment is going on in the hospital. Shariq’s family members also reached the hospital to meet him.

During the investigation so far, the agencies have come to know that there is a lot of similarity between the car blast in Coimbatore and the blast in Mangaluru in the past. The bomb was planted along with the cylinder in Coimbatore. Whereas, the bomb was made in a cooker in Mangaluru. Evidence was found that the accused in the Coimbatore blast was related to the accused in the Easter serial blasts in Sri Lanka. Now investigation is going on linking the incident of Coimbatore and Mangaluru. More people are suspected to be involved in this case. NIA and Karnataka Police are working day and night to unearth the entire module.
The investigation so far in the Mangaluru blast case has revealed that a cooker bomb was planted in the auto rickshaw. The battery, wire and circuit have been recovered. Mats were also used. Let us tell you that it has already been learned that Shariq, the blast accused, was living in a rented house with the help of a fake Aadhaar card in the name of a Hindu. Investigation of his old case revealed that he had written threatening slogans on the walls and had a grudge against the Sangh Parivar. Police and NIA are also probing the other places where Shariq had taken shelter and who he was similar to.
