Ingredients for Mango Murabba
You have to take about 1 kg of raw mangoes.
About 800 grams of sugar is required for murabba.
Add 2-3 pieces of cinnamon in it
4 ground cardamom powder
20-25 threads of saffron are required
Mango Murabba Recipe

First of all, wash the raw mango thoroughly in water and peel the mango.

You can cut mangoes in any shape and put them in water and boil them.

You do not have to make the mangoes too soft, just cook them so much that they can be easily cut with a knife.

When the mango is ripe, put it in a strainer to remove water.

Now put the boiled mango in a big bowl and add sugar in it.

Leave the mango and sugar like this for about 1 hour. Now take a steel pan.

Add mango and sugar in it and cook on medium flame for some time.

Keep in mind that you have to cook the mango while stirring. Keep stirring it with a ladle in between.

Now add 2-3 pieces of cinnamon to the mango and soak the saffron threads in some water and add that water also.

Now the mango has to be cooked in sugar until one string of syrup is prepared from the sugar.

After boiling, add cardamom powder to the murabba and mix.

Now turn off the gas and the murabba is ready. When it cools down, keep it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
