MP Budget 2022: Bhopal (State Bureau). The state government will present the budget for the year 2022-23 in the assembly on Wednesday. In this, a glimpse of the preparations for Mission 2023 i.e. the coming Legislative Assembly elections will also be seen. In the budget, the focus will be on infrastructure development, industrial development, employment, agriculture, rural and urban development by increasing investment, for self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. To approve the budget speech of Finance Minister Jagdish Deora, a cabinet meeting will be held in the Chief Minister’s meeting room located in the assembly complex at 10 am.
The state government is going to present the child budget for the first time. In this, the amount spent by various departments on children will be published in a booklet. Along with this, the agriculture budget will also be there. In this also the details of the budget allocated to all the concerned departments will be given. To achieve the goals of self-reliant India, the government has prepared an action plan for self-reliant Madhya Pradesh.
Provisions will be made for its fulfillment in the budget. To speed up the work of infrastructure development by increasing capital expenditure, to accelerate the work of Narmada Pragati Path and Atal Pragati Path, to promote investment for industrial development, to create new industrial areas, to promote micro, small and medium industries, employment Sufficient to increase opportunities for agriculture sector, coarse cereals, expansion of organic farming, promotion of natural farming up to five kilometers on both banks of river Narmada, expansion of custom hiring centres, promotion of development activities in rural and urban areas. Financial provisions will be made.
The second phase of Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Yojana has been proposed in the announcement of change in the form of Sambal. Financial provisions will be made for the protection and promotion of cow progeny. It is possible that some additional arrangement should be made to raise revenue for cow protection. Adequate amount will be kept for the welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes. It is proposed to give additional amount to the Public Works Department for short length roads.
There will be a provision to increase dearness allowance and relief by 31 percent
Along with keeping 31 percent amount of increase in dearness allowance of employees and dearness relief of pensioners in establishment head, three percent more amount will be kept in salary head. The mention of finding a way to start the process of promotion of employees pending for six years can also be mentioned in the budget speech.
