According to information, MS Dhoni has added a vintage Land Rover 3 to his garage after participating in an auction organized by Big Boy Toys last month. In order to sell the luxury iconic cars, Big Boy Toys had put up a number of old models for online auction, which were presented at the Big Boy Toys showroom in Gurugram.

Dhoni had expressed his interest for the Land Rover 3, and the company did manage to secure the car with a winning bid. The company says that 50% of the total stock was sold through an online auction. Let us tell you that Dhoni has some of the most powerful cars and bikes in his personal collection which includes some four wheelers like Mercedes-Benz GLE, Audi Q7 and Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, while the bike collection includes Confederate Hellcat X32, A long list of bikes like Yamaha RD350, Harley-Davidson Fatboy, BSA Goldstar, Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R is also included.

The price of the car bought by Dhoni did not come out
The model bought by Dhoni is a 1971 Land Rover Series III Station Wagon. The online auction included 19 cars from brands like Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, Austin, Mercedes and more. As of now, the final selling price of the car bought by Dhoni along with other cars has not been disclosed, but some media reports suggest, that the auction for Volkswagen Beetle started at Rs 1 and went up to Rs 25 lakh.

Let me tell you, this car was made during the 1970s and till the mid 1980s. It was initially powered by a 2.25-litre engine. Which was offered with a four-speed manual transmission box. However, it is not known whether any other changes will be made to Dhoni’s car or not.
