Gasparova claimed that the question marks in the mail were actually meant to ask for a relationship.

The woman also said that her boss was trying to flirt with her by ‘tickling her hair’ and ‘staring’ during a work call. The boss put ‘xx’ and ‘????’ in the sentences of the mail. symbol was used. Gasparova claims that ‘xx’ stands for ‘kiss’ while ‘yy’ stands for sexual relations. He claimed that the mail used ‘????’ meant that the boss was asking her to have sex.
The court gave a big blow to the woman
The woman said in court that the mere thought that her boss wanted to have sex with her made her angry and wanted to yell at the boss. However, after carefully examining the case and reviewing the evidence, the Employment Tribunal at London Central Court concluded that the woman’s view of events was incorrect. The judge said Gasparova made sensational claims without evidence. The court has ordered the woman to pay an amount of Rs 5,13,012 to EssDOCS.
