NALCO Dividends: National Aluminum Corporation Limited (NALCO) has announced a dividend for its shareholders. The government aluminum company gave this information in a notice given to the stock market exchanges on Monday, 12 August. The company said that the Board of Directors of NALCO in its meeting held on August 12 has recommended a dividend of Rs 2 (40 per cent) on each share with a face value of Rs 5 for the financial year 2023-24.
Dividend will be given after approval of shareholders in the 43rd AGM of NALCO
The company said that this dividend will be paid to the shareholders only after the approval of the shareholders in the 43rd AGM of NALCO. According to the information given by the company, if the shareholders approve the AGM, then the dividend money will be transferred to the investors within 30 days from the date of AGM.
This will be the third dividend for the financial year 2023-24
Let us tell you that this dividend given by the company will be the third dividend of the financial year 2023-24. Earlier, the company has already paid the first interim dividend of Rs 1 per share and the second dividend of Rs 2 per share to the investors in the financial year 2023-24.
