Nepal Police has solved the murder case of a truck driver going to Kathmandu carrying rice from Nautanwani Rice Mill in Maharajganj district of Uttar Pradesh. Three youths from Bhairahwa in Nepal robbed a truck full of rice, killed the driver with bricks and threw his body into the Danda river. Nepal Police has arrested four Nepalese nationals in the case.
Let us tell you that on August 4, the police was informed that a truck was missing from Sonauli, India. Also on the same day the body of a youth was found in the Danda Khola river of Bhairavha. He has been identified as Taufeeq Ahmed Pathan, a resident of Exadwa in Kolhui area of Maharajganj. He was on his way to Nepal by loading rice from a rice mill in Nautanwa. His father-in-law is in Pokharbhindi in Rupandehi district. Taufeeq, who lived with his father-in-law, came to Nepal with a truck but later went missing.
At the same time, the police found an unclaimed truck near the Nepal border. The driver of which was identified as Taufeeq. After this the police started investigating his murder. The police came to know in their investigation that Taufeeq had come to Nepal with goods worth Rs 11 lakh. Whom Saddam and his accompanying Rizwan Ali and Mahesh Kahar beat him with bricks in the night and killed him. After killing the driver, all the accused fled after looting the rice.
