Patna. It is common for the opposition and the ruling party to clash in the Bihar Assembly, but on Monday, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar lost his cool over a matter in Lakhisarai. Pointing to the easy, the Chief Minister even said that the Constitution was being violated openly. He said that the House would not run like this. To this, Speaker of the Assembly Vijay Kumar Sinha also said that “Aap hi boliye, as you say, liye will chalegi.”
Objecting to the day-to-day ruckus in the Legislative Assembly over a Lakhisarai issue, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, “There is no point in raising the same issue everyday. We will definitely consider it.”
He said that “the matter has been referred to the Committee of Privileges, which will present the report, we will definitely consider it and see which side is right.”
The Chief Minister said that “in the case of crime, the report goes to the court. He said in an aggressive manner, don’t do what he has the right to do. If there is any kind of confusion, then talks will be held.”
Assembly Speaker Sinha said that “this is a matter of my area. Whenever I go to the area, people ask questions that they are not able to talk about the station in-charge and DSP. He said that there should be no talk of discouraging the posture. “
He also said, “Chief Minister, you know more than us, I learn from you. You have made me sit here.”
It is noteworthy that the DSP of Lakhisarai and two station in-charges have been accused of misbehaving with the Speaker of the Assembly, Vijay Kumar Sinha. BJP and RJD MLAs have been creating ruckus about this.
