In this, another news has come out that the captain of the DC team Rishabh Pant is getting punishment for expressing displeasure during the match. The IPL has fined him for violating the code of conduct. Along with him, the team’s fast bowler all-rounder Shardul Thakur and assistant coach Praveen Amre have also been fined. Actually, the match between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi team was played on Friday, in which the Delhi team led by Rishabh Pant had to face defeat by 15 runs. There was a no-ball dispute in the last over of this match, after which Rishabh angrily signaled to recall his batsmen. He had also sent Amre to the field to bring back the same number of batsmen.

Shardul Thakur had supported both of them in this matter, so he was also found guilty of violating the code of conduct. Under this fine, Rishabh Pant was found guilty of violating Article 2.7 rule under Level-2 of the IPL Code of Conduct, 100 percent of the match fee, while Shardul Thakur was punished under Article 2.8 Rule under Level-2 of the IPL Code of Conduct. Convicted of the violation, he has been fined 50 percent of the match fee. Both have accepted the charge and the fine. At the same time, Praveen Amre, assistant coach of the Delhi team, who entered the ground to argue with the umpire and take back his players, has been convicted of violation of Article 2.2 rule under Level-2 of the IPL Code of Conduct for 100% of the match fee. Along with the fine, he has also been banned for one match.
