New Delhi. In the case of misbehavior with senior lawyer Gaurav Bhatia, the Supreme Court issued a notice to the Uttar Pradesh government for not keeping CCTV cameras in the court. The Supreme Court took cognizance of a report which said that CCTV cameras were not working in the court premises. During the hearing, the bench took cognizance of this and said that despite repeated letters being written to get the CCTV cameras repaired, they were not repaired.
The Supreme Court had ordered the district court administration to secure CCTV cameras in the Gaurav Bhatia misbehavior case. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court was told that CCTV footage could not be given because it was damaged. The court stressed that it will not take this matter lightly. CJI said that we will not take this matter lightly. No lawyer can force another to leave the court.

In which court did the misbehavior happen?
In fact, BJP spokesperson and senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia had reached a Greater Noida court on March 21 to plead a case. During this time, advocate Muskaan Gupta was also with him. As soon as he reached the court, the local lawyer present there attacked him. Here the lawyers also snatched away Bhatia’s band. Let us tell you that lawyers were on strike inside a district court and Gaurav Bhatia and Muskaan Gupta had reached there during the same visit. During this time the lawyers had misbehaved with him.
