In the Indian car market, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has made it mandatory for all new cars to be launched in the Indian car market to have 6 airbags. hill hold control
This is a feature that is used as standard in most cars with automatic transmission, but when it comes to mid-range cars, vehicles with manual transmission are also being offered with hill hold control. Hill hold control allows the vehicle to move smoothly when parked on a slope. This means that cars with hill hold control do not back down when started on a slope.
rear parking sensor
These sensors not only help the driver while the car is parked, but also ensure the safety of pedestrians, who may be at risk when the car is overturned. These sensors sense any obstacle, and accordingly alarm the driver based on the distance between the car and the obstacle.

seatbelt pre-tensioner
As the name suggests, this feature prevents the seatbelts from applying sudden braking or a crash, which restricts the movement of the seat occupants. Thankfully, most cars in India come equipped with seatbelt pre-tensioners.
speed sensing door lock
After achieving a certain speed, the car doors automatically ensure the safety of the occupants. The Bharat New Vehicle Safety Assessment Program has made it mandatory for cars to install speed sensing alarms, but automatic door locks have not been made mandatory.
