Brush upper left for 30 seconds, upper right for 30 seconds, then 30 seconds for lower left and 30 seconds for lower right.
2. Brush angle at 45 degrees-Most people don’t hold it correctly when you brush. Move the brush up and down towards the gums and not back and forth. That means, do not move the brush left or right, move it up and down. Do not hold the brush vertically but hold it at an angle of 45 degrees. Generally, people do not hold the brush in such a way that up to 40 percent of the dirt remains stuck to the teeth.
3. Draw a circle-When you brush your teeth, rotate it in a circle towards the gums, only then the dirt will come out. Keep in mind that dirt gets stuck at the junction of the gums and teeth. While brushing, do not use your mind here and there and focus on brushing. Do not apply too much pressure of the brush on the teeth.
4. Do not drink coffee immediately after gargling-Rinse after brushing but do not drink water immediately after. Due to this, the outer layer of the teeth will start getting damaged. Along with this, consumption of alcohol and cigarettes can also cause great harm.
5. Use the right brush-According to experts, it is very important to choose the right brush. If your brush is not correct then the dirt will not be removed from the teeth. If you use a brush that is too hard, it will damage the enamel layer. However, if you use a very soft brush, it will not remove the dirt properly. Therefore, use neither more nor less soft brush.
