isolation is the only support
Vishnu Nair, DFO of Kanan Pendari Mini Zoo, said that it is not known from where this infection came. This occurs only in the Canaan family, so precautions are being taken only on other bears. The rest of the wild animals do not have symptoms of this infection. After the death of the bear, Agra-based Wildlife SOS contacted the expert of Bear Rescue Center, Dr. Ilairaja. He said that these infections could be symptoms of canine hepatitis. Which is a viral disease and is caused by the Adon virus. There is no treatment for post-infection (ICH) in bears. Bears can be protected from this infection only by isolation like corona.
