In Varanasi, TB patients will now be treated at home through an app. For this, the health department has developed the ‘TB Ayogya Sathi’ app. Patients are being informed about this app at 23 TB units in Varanasi and patients are being asked to download this app.
Apart from all this, all the information related to TB disease will also be available on this app. Varanasi’s District Tuberculosis Officer Dr. Piyush Rai said that any TB patient can log in to the ‘TB Arogya Sathi’ app through his Nikshay ID. After that, with the help of this app, the patient can get information about his treatment as well as financial assistance from the government.
Information will be available about the symptoms of TB
Apart from this, a common man can also get information about TB disease testing along with its symptoms, prevention and treatment without any login on the app. Not only this, information about the amount received every month during treatment under this scheme will also be available through this app.
Login to such app
This app can be installed from the phone’s Google Play Store. After the app is installed on the phone, first open it and then you have to click on Register Now. After that the app will ask for some permissions including location, Bluetooth. It is mandatory to give permission to them. After that you can login to it with your Nishchay ID.
