Anarock Group Vice Chairman Santosh Kumar said, about 1.81 lakh new houses have been supplied in Delhi-NCR from the first quarter of calendar year 2018 to the first quarter of 2024. At the same time, 6.07 lakh and 8.42 lakh new houses have been supplied in the markets of South and West respectively. Markets in the South have seen smaller declines in the number of homes remaining available for sale. The reason for this was the increase in new launches in Hyderabad. Kumar further said that the decline in the number of houses available for sale in Delhi-NCR shows that confidence among buyers is returning.
