Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi told that one third to half of an avocado is enough for a day. That means it is around 55 to 60 grams. This means that if you eat between 2 to 4 spoons of avocado then it is perfect for you. Because avocado contains such dense nutrients that it can cause harm if eaten in excess. Just one avocado contains 20-25 grams of healthy fat. From this it can be estimated how big a source of healthy fat it is. Healthy fat means that your heart will remain strong and you will be protected from any kind of heart related disease. Not only this, avocado is also not low in calories. One avocado contains 200 to 300 calories. Therefore, when you consume avocado in excess, there will be an overflow of calories and when it is not spent, obesity will also increase. Therefore only 2 to 4 spoons of avocado is enough. Do not consume too much.

Avocado is not only a treasure of healthy fat but it is also a treasure of vitamins and minerals and it is also a storehouse of fiber. Avocado contains many types of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory elements. This boosts immunity, due to which protection is provided against many types of infections.
