Opposition parties have announced to bring a no-confidence motion against the Imran Khan government. At present, they are trying to mobilize more and more parties in support of this proposal. In this connection, on Sunday, Imran Khan threatened that if the no-confidence motion is dropped, then the opposition parties will have to bear the brunt of bringing this resolution. He said- ‘If your no-confidence motion is dropped, what will I do with you after that, do you have any idea?’

Imran Khan was addressing a public meeting. In this he also used derogatory words against other opposition leaders. He called Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari “a disease”. Said that Zardari was infamous for consuming 10 per cent commission for every work. He addressed Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the leader of the coalition of opposition parties- Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), as Fazlu Diesel. He said that he would never call him Maulana, as the word meant for an educated and reliable person. Imran said- ‘The word Maulana cannot be used for a person who sells diesel permits’.

According to the news published in the newspaper Dawn, in this message, Elahi said- ‘Some members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have been stopped by some media channels from participating in their debate. So if PTI continues on this path, it will not be able to present a balanced narrative before the country. Elahi has also expressed concern over the alleged ban imposed on some newspapers and media houses from advertising. Observers say the approach of Imran Khan and the PTI led by him has become more aggressive in recent times. Due to this his image is getting worse.
