Islamabad: It is not possible that Lok Sabha elections are being held in India and Pakistan remains silent. Today, the second phase of elections was held on 88 seats in 13 states of the country. During this time, a big comment has been made by Pakistan on the Lok Sabha elections being held in India. Pakistan on Friday said that India should not use the name of its country in the elections being held here. Pakistan urged Indian leaders not to drag it into their speeches for political gains during the elections.
Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said in a press conference held here that her country rejects all the claims of Indian leaders regarding Jammu and Kashmir. He said, “Indian leaders should stop their tendency to drag Pakistan into India’s populist public discourse for electoral reasons.” Baloch said, “We find with concern the inflammatory statements of Indian leaders making unjustified claims on Jammu and Kashmir. We are seeing growth from. Pakistan rejects these claims. Driven by ultra-nationalism, this inflammatory rhetoric poses a serious threat to regional peace and sensitivity.
Pakistan also spewed venom on Kashmir
Pakistan spokesperson Mumtaz has also spewed venom on Kashmir. Mumtaz said that the claims of Indian leaders on Jammu and Kashmir are unfair. She claimed that Indian claims are contrary to historical and legal facts. Baloch said, “Historical and legal facts as well as ground reality reject India’s baseless claims on Jammu and Kashmir.” India has also been rejecting Pakistan’s statements on the Kashmir issue. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has repeatedly stated that “the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the Union Territory of Ladakh are and will always remain an integral and inseparable part of India.” No other country has the right to comment on this.
