New Delhi: A school in Delhi has again received a bomb threat. A school near Nangloi railway station has received this threat. This threatening mail has been received on the email ID of the Police Commissioner, in which it is written that a bomb will explode in the school near Nangloi Railway Station. However, immediately after this mail the police came into action and teams were sent. When the school was investigated, nothing was found. Let us tell you that a day before this, about 100 schools in Delhi had received a bomb threat.
Delhi Police sources said that a mail had come on the email ID of the Police Commissioner, in which it was written that a bomb would explode in a school near Nangloi railway station. This mail came on May 2 at 10 am. This mail was sent from an ID named Siraj. When this mail was investigated, it was found that this threat was fake. Nothing suspicious was found in the school and the mail was declared fake. At present, the police is trying to find out the person who sent the mail and the source of the email.
200 schools had received threats
It is noteworthy that earlier, more than 200 schools in Delhi-NCR had received threat through email to blow them up with bombs. In this case, Delhi Police on Thursday contacted Russian mail service company Mail.Ru through Interpol to find out the exact source of the e-mail. Delhi Police has also written a letter to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to obtain information through Interpol.
What is in the FIR
The FIR lodged in the case states that the e-mail threatening to bomb schools was intended to create mass panic and disturb public order in the national capital. A case has been registered against unknown people. Although on Wednesday the police had checked the school premises after receiving a threatening email that bombs had been planted in their premises, but nothing was found there. More than 200 schools in Delhi-NCR received a false threat of bomb in the school premises through e-mail on Wednesday morning, causing panic among parents and students. Following the rumor of a bomb, schools had to suspend classes and parents were asked to collect their children from schools.
