This verbal dispute took place in Iran. A morality police agent harassed a woman for singing. He said that his song is a sin for women. But other Iranian citizens present there united to protect the woman and asked her to continue singing. This video was shared by Iranian journalist Masiha Alinejad on social media. In which crowds of people are seen speaking in defense of women. A man present at the spot was harassing the woman for singing in a public place. The woman was harassed by the police agent while singing the song. He said that singing songs is a sin for women. Yet ordinary Iranians rallied for the woman’s safety and asked her to continue singing. The Taliban have also banned the song. In the video, we can see a woman singing while sitting in the street. Just then a man comes there and stops her from singing the song. Just then another woman comes and asks the man why it is forbidden for women to sing in public. The man replied that it is haram for a woman to sing in public. Women can sing but not in public.
After this a lot of crowd gathers at the place. People tell the person that there are many problems in the country including robbery and embezzlement. Then people start asking the woman to keep singing. It is noteworthy that recently music and women’s songs have been banned on radio and television in Kandahar, Afghanistan. After taking over the reins of the country on August 15, many media companies also fired women anchors.
