New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with the beneficiaries of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra through video conferencing on January 8, 2024 at 12:30 pm. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address the public. Thousands of beneficiaries of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra from across the country will participate in this program. Union Ministers, MPs, MLAs and local level representatives will also participate in the program. Since its launch on November 15, 2023, the Prime Minister has regularly interacted with the beneficiaries of the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra across the country.
Talks have taken place four times (30 November, 9 December, 16 December and 27 December) through video conferencing. Apart from this, during his visit to Varanasi last month, the Prime Minister had physically interacted with the beneficiaries of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra for two consecutive days (17-18 December). Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is being launched with the aim of ensuring saturation of key schemes of the Government across the country, so as to ensure that the benefits of these schemes reach all the targeted beneficiaries in a time bound manner.
On January 5, 2024, the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra crossed a major milestone as the number of participants in the Yatra crossed 10 crore. This staggering number, reached within 50 days of the launch of the Yatra, indicates the deep impact and unmatched potential of the Yatra in uniting people across the country towards a shared vision of a developed India.
