According to the Indian Express report, this is the first time in this election season that PM Modi and the Trinamool Congress President will address the voters of one constituency on the same day. Where TMC supremo Mamata is going to hold a rally in Cooch Behar around noon. At the same time, PM Modi will address a rally at Rasleela Maidan of the constituency, which is 30 km away, at around 3 pm.
