New Delhi. After a three-day contemplation camp in Udaipur, Rajasthan, the Congress has announced ‘Udaipur Nav Sankalp’ from here today. In this resolution, the Congress has reiterated its resolve to stand up and stand once again along with telling its history. For this, he has fiercely targeted BJP and PM Narendra Modi. Recently, in the Congress Working Committee meeting, the party’s working president Sonia Gandhi had asked the leaders to resign. The same thing is visible in this resolution as well. It has been told in the resolution letter that after the independence of the country in 1947, even a needle was not made here. Congress only gave progress to India. Apart from Nehru, Sardar Patel has also been praised in the resolution and his contribution in industrialization has been remembered. The special thing is that in the first part of the resolution, many of his steps have been mentioned without the names of Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. It says that Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi built an empowered India. Gave everyone the right to work, the right to food, the right to education, etc.
In this, without naming the BJP, it has been called a conspiratorial force and it has been alleged that it has gained power by spreading propaganda and creating a vicious circle against the inclusive mood of India. The country has been thrown into deep darkness. For this, demonetisation, GST, lockdown have been cited. Along with this, BJP has been accused that during Corona, its arrogance did not see the dead bodies on the banks of the Ganges. Apart from this, an attempt has been made to surround the BJP by taking the name of unemployment, inflation and essential things. The deaths of farmers during the Three Agricultural Acts have been described as ‘barbarously killed by the government’. The condition of the rupee against the dollar has also been made an issue by the Congress in its resolution letter. The BJP has also been accused of creating a situation of communal conflict in the country. In the second part of the Sankalp Patra, it has been said that the grassroot workers of the Congress are its strength. It has been decided that in 90 to 180 days, the elections of the organization should be held up to the national level. That is, after at least 3 months, the Congress will get its new president in September. In this, it has been said to form Congress committees at the Mandal level. Apart from this, these decisions have also been taken-
At the national level, a ‘Public Insight Department’ will be formed to know the views of the public.
Congress will also form a ‘National Training Institute’ for the training of leaders and workers from party’s policies, ideology etc. This institute can be started from ‘Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development Studies’ in Kerala.
An ‘Election Management Department’ will also be formed at the level of All India Congress Committee. So that the preparation for the elections can be done effectively.
The party has also decided to evaluate the work of all the office bearers. Inactive officers will be retrenched.
One person will get only one post. After 5 years, new people will get a chance.
If someone else in the family is also in the party, then after 5 years of work he will be given a ticket.
– 50% of the officers shall be below 50 years of age.
SC, ST, OBC minorities and women will also get equal opportunity in Congress.
The chairman of the party’s North East Coordination Committee will be made a permanent invitee to the Congress Working Committee. It is believed that this decision has been taken to compete with the ever-increasing credibility of BJP in the Northeast.
Congress will now also form Political Affairs Committee. Also, every year there will be a meeting of all the wings and office bearers of the party.
Apart from this, Congress has also resolved to bring experts in social media, data research. The reason for this is that BJP is better than other parties in this matter.
Quite ahead. In the political new resolution, the Congress has said that all Congressmen will fight for the protection of Gandhian values and the principle of independent India of Nehru ji at any cost. That is, the Congressmen have been asked to enter the fray. Apart from this, it has been said that Congress has to hold ground everywhere and make contact with like-minded parties. Seeing the situation, the party has also given approval to form an alliance. Congress has raised questions on PM Modi’s non-speak on the issue of conflict with China. He has alleged that BJP is playing with national security. Apart from this, an attempt has also been made to surround the BJP by talking about separatism and extremism in the Northeast. It has been said about the people of Jammu and Kashmir that the BJP has snatched their right to vote.
Apart from this, the RSS has also been targeted in the political resolution and it has been said that the Congress never does politics of getting votes on religion, language, regionalism. It said that the central government has attacked the federal structure of the country and it has become the nature of BJP to encroach upon the rights of the provinces. The economic group has said in its resolution that there should be an emphasis on generating employment. The BJP has also been targeted on the issue of unemployment. It has been said that there is no economic policy that generates employment. There is also the issue of economic inequality. The issue of privatization of government properties has also been raised by the Congress. Rahul Gandhi’s allegations have been given that the BJP government is selling government properties to a few capitalist friends. It states that India’s economy and workforce have to be made according to the needs of the future.
