2. Light and nutritious food: Eat fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads. Fruits like watermelon, cucumber, and orange are very beneficial, especially in summer.
3. Buttermilk and curd: Buttermilk and curd cool the stomach and help in digestion.
4. Protein Intake: Eat light and easily digestible protein sources like pulses, cottage cheese, tofu, and eggs.
5. Low fat food: Avoid fried and high-fat foods. Instead, choose steamed or grilled food.
6. Reduce your intake of caffeine and sugar: Avoid caffeinated drinks and sugary foods. These can dehydrate the body.
7. Fiber rich diet: Eat fiber-rich foods like oats, brown rice, and legumes. This prevents constipation.
8. Small and frequent meals: Instead of eating heavy meals at one time, eat at small intervals during the day. This will help in better digestion and the body will continue to get the required nutrition.
9. Healthy Snacks: When you feel hungry, eat light snacks such as nuts, seeds, and dry fruits. They provide energy and also provide nutrition.
