Let us tell you that a total of 7 people, including a child, have died in a massive fire that broke out in the slums of Gokulpuri area late on Friday night. Due to this fierce fire, about 60 huts have been damaged and about 30 shanties have been completely burnt.
Lok Sabha MP and former Delhi BJP state president Manoj Tiwari visited the spot and met the families of the victims. He has also demanded from the Delhi government to conduct a judicial inquiry into the fire incident and give an assistance of Rs one crore each to the next of kin of the deceased.
