Jaipur. Gayatri Rathod, Principal Secretary, Tourism Department, said that Rajasthan Foundation Day would be celebrated as “Rajasthan Utsav” across the state. Major historical monuments and heritage of the state will be decorated with lighting and lighting. He told that there will be a state level program in the capital in which more than 550 artists will give their performances.
Rathod informed that the Rajasthan Utsav to be organized on the foundation day of Rajasthan will be broadcast live through video wall at all the village, panchayat and district level of the state including Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendras. Also, according to the intention of the state government, every person of the village will be shown the live telecast of this program.
The Principal Secretary reached Albert Hall on Monday and took stock of the preparations for the Rajasthan festival organized on Rajasthan Day. He directed the officers of the concerned departments not to indulge in any kind of laxity in the function. He instructed the officers of the Police Department for VIP security, escort arrangements and law and order including traffic diversion, clearance for use of drones for videography at the venue, stopping the traffic at Ram Niwas Bagh from 5 pm on March 29 and Medical College on Jawaharlal Nehru Marg. Instructions were given to make parking arrangements in the ground.
Rathod informed the officials of the Municipal Corporation Greater and Jaipur Development Authority on 30 March at Ramlila Maidan including cleanliness, colour-painting, rangoli, arrangement of mobile toilets, lighting at major gates and squares of the city. To arrange free parking from 5 pm, to provide uninterrupted supply of electricity to the officials of Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam and to cooperate in the lighting system at the venue, to make arrangements for drinking water for the general public, to the officers of the Public Health Engineering Department, medical team to the officers of the Medical Department. And given for arranging ambulance.
