Patiala. The situation in Punjab’s Patiala is still tense. Here Hindu organizations have called for a bandh today. In view of this, Section 144 has been imposed in many districts including Patiala. Curfew was imposed in Patiala from yesterday evening till 6 am today. At present, internet services have been suspended in the district. Police are stationed everywhere. Police have arrested Harish Singla, who took out anti-Khalistan march yesterday. Shiv Sena has also announced to expel Singla from the party, but Singla says that no one can throw him out of the party.
Yesterday, Singla along with his supporters took out an anti-Khalistan march from near the Kalimata temple. On the other hand, Khalistan supporters had also gathered from the other side. When the police tried to stop the duo, they were pelted with stones. A sword was also hit on the hand of an inspector. Seeing the situation deteriorating, the police had to fire in the air. After which curfew had to be imposed here in the evening seeing the tension not ending. The CM of the state Bhagwant Mann has announced that no one will be allowed to commit violence.
Punjabis are tied in with our Guru’s teachings of Universal Brotherhood & Oneness. No antisocial elements should be allowed to incite divide in our society. Patiala incident occurred due to gross failure of Pb Govt to anticipate & control the mob. Responsibility should be fixed..

Now the news is that the Mann government can remove the SSP and IG range of the district. On the other hand, the politics on this incident is also sharp. On behalf of the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), it has been said that yesterday’s fight was between Akali Dal and Shiv Sena and BJP Yuva Morcha was also involved in it. At the same time, BJP leader Varun Jindal has released photos of people waving swords. BJP and Congress also called this violence a failure of the Bhagwant Mann government. Overall, this issue does not seem to be cooling down yet.
