A court in Mohali, Punjab has issued an arrest warrant against Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Pal Bagga. The court of Judicial Magistrate Ravitesh Inderjit Singh has asked the cyber crime station in-charge to arrest Bagga and present him in the court on the next hearing.
An FIR has been registered against Tajinder Bagga by the Punjab Police under sections 153A, 505, 505(2), 506 of the IPC. The court has fixed 23 May 2022 for the next hearing in this matter.
