New Delhi. After the crushing defeat of the Congress in the Punjab Assembly elections, there is a constant revolt inside the party. Once again infighting in Punjab Congress is not taking its name to end. On one hand, where former Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu is constantly targeting his party. At the same time, now the Congress high command is preparing to take action against Sidhu. This is because Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary has now made preparations to open a front against Sidhu. Not only this, he has also written a letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi regarding Navjot Singh. It is believed that in this letter, Harish Chaudhary has complained about Sidhu and has also called for action against him.
Harish Chaudhary, in a letter to the Congress President, said, “Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee President Amarinder Singh Raja has written a note about Navjot Singh’s anti-party activities. Being in charge of the party in the state from November till now, I have also found that Sidhu is constantly questioning the decisions of the Congress. Apart from this, Navjot Singh also talked about creating a wrong atmosphere against the party.
AICC incharge Punjab Mr Harish Chaudhary in his letter said that Mr Sidhu CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO PORTRAY HIMSELF ABOVE PARTY & set an example for others to breach party discipline
An explanation be sought from Mr Sidhu why disciplinary proceeding shudn’t b initiated against him pic.twitter.com/zcphmJTYOV
