Rajesh Mathur, Sabalgarh. The problems being faced in land acquisition in the Atal Progress Way being built from Bhind to Sheopur have now reduced to some extent. For this, the government has given instructions to give double cash compensation of the land. Along with this, all the revenue officers have been instructed to go to the villages and organize camps and inform the farmers about it. On Thursday, 30 farmers of Rahugaon and Hirapur of Sabalgarh area gave their consent letters to the SDM and Tehsildar for land acquisition. Due to which cash of their cash compensation will be prepared. At the same time, their lands will be acquired for the Atal Progress Way.
It is noteworthy that due to the rule of giving cash compensation to the farmer in lieu of taking land in Atal Progress Way, the process of land acquisition has now started taking place at a rapid pace. The farmers did not agree to take land for land. Such farmers will now be prepared for cash compensation. The consent of the farmers will be taken within 21 days from the date of issue of notification. For this, the SDM and Tehsildar and Patwari informed the villagers about it. The officers of the Revenue Department are busy with the acquisition of land due to the involvement of Atal Progress-Way in Bharatmala project costing 6 thousand crores. Actually, the state government has issued a policy regarding the acquisition of land of farmers. As soon as the matter of compensation comes to the fore, the process of issuing notification to the Land Tribunal has started. Its preparation has been completed from NHI to Revenue Department. According to the information, there are two notifications for the Land Tribunal, which have been issued under Section 3A. Under Section 3A, there will be a survey that which farmers are demanding compensation. What is their number and the area of the land? The revenue officers have been given authority to carry forward the process of land acquisition. It is believed that by the end of March, the land exchange will be completed by the Revenue Department. According to him, the total land of 441 hectares is in Sabalgarh development block. In which private, government, forest department land is included.
Consent letter filled by setting up camps in Rahu and Hirapur:
Sabalgarh has 109 hectares of private land. Whose farmers will get double the compensation of the price fixed as per the guidelines of the government. Under which SDM LK Pandey and Tehsildar Subrata Tripathi reached Rahugaon and Hirapur on Thursday and organized camps among the farmers. During this, farmers whose land is coming under this Atal Progress Way, were informed about double cash compensation. During this, 30 farmers of both the villages filled the consent forms given on the spot and handed them over to the officials. Now after surveying their land, further compensation process will be started. Similarly, camps will be organized in other villages by the officials.

Here the farmers were continuously opposing the land acquisition, in which the farmers were not ready to take the land in lieu of the land. Due to which almost no land could be acquired here. After which the government made a rule to give double compensation in cash by increasing the option under the scheme. Farmers are now showing interest in this. The consent forms which have been prepared by the officials. It has both the options. On the basis of whichever option the farmer chooses, his land will be acquired. On which people are getting ready for double compensation, on which they are giving by filling the consent form. During this, along with SDM and Tehsildar, BEO Akshaysharan Mishra, RI Vishram Solki, Patwari Gurudayal Sharma, Patwari Mukesh Mathur, Vishnu Pathak, Chand Mohan Agarwal, Anil Sirothia from NHI, Dinesh Sharma, Ganesh Sharma were present in the camp.
Statement
We have talked to the farmers in Rahugaon and Hirapur, on which the farmers have agreed to double the cash compensation. 30 farmers have filled the consent forms. This entire process will be finished by March.
