Rahul Gandhi has entered the fray to handle the deteriorating situation due to factionalism within the Congress party in Telangana. To end this tension, Rahul Gandhi has decided to form a party forum. Rahul Gandhi held a meeting with the party leaders of Telangana for almost three hours. About 35 leaders including State Congress Committee President A Revanth Reddy and AICC in-charge Manickam Tagore attended.
A senior Congress leader told that in the meeting, Rahul Gandhi said, if anyone has any problem or problem with the functioning of the party, then it will be brought to the notice of the forum. No one needs to go to the media for this. The AICC leader also warned senior party leaders that they should not support such groups which do not support the State Congress Committee.
Rahul Gandhi said that he will give more time to convince the party leaders in the state. He told, Rahul Gandhi has decided to go to Telangana in the last week of April. He is also likely to hold a public meeting in Warangal on April 28.
Rahul Gandhi said that he will pay full attention to Telangana Congress but if there is any misunderstanding among the leaders, he will always be ready to resolve it. Tagore tweeted after the meeting, Rahul Gandhi listened to 38 leaders of Telangana for 3:30 hours. We will work together in Telangana and will definitely win.
