New Delhi. The negligence of the medical department has come to the fore in the biggest MBS hospital in Kota district of Rajasthan. In fact, the rats gnawed the eyelids of the admitted woman in the stroke unit, which is considered the safest in the hospital. At the same time, after getting information about the matter, the hands of the hospital administration were swollen. As soon as the matter came in front of the media, the hospital administration tried to suppress the matter to save its credibility. Actually, Rupvati (28-year-old) has been admitted to the Neuro Stroke Unit of MBS Hospital for more than 40 days. His whole body is paralyzed. Because of which no part of his body can move. Also she can’t say anything. On the other hand, the woman’s husband Devendra Singh Bhati told that, on late Monday, he was present in the ICU near his wife. During this, the mouse nibbled on the eyelids of his wife’s right eye. The wife nodded her neck with a slight movement, then she lost her sleep. When he saw that blood was coming out of his eyes, after which he informed the doctors about the matter.
In this case, Dr Sameer Tandon, Deputy Superintendent of MBS Hospital, says that whether the rat has bitten the patient in the neuro stroke ICU or not, the matter is being investigated. Along with this, he told that whether it is the fault of the hospital staff or not, it will also be investigated. However, the patient’s family member also has entry in the ICU. In such a situation, they also have a responsibility. In this matter, we have sought a report from the in-charge and in-charge of the ward. If any negligence is noticed, then action will be taken.
