CM Gehlot is on action mode after the transfer of Dholpur-Daus SP of Rajasthan. CM Ashok Gehlot has instructed the SP to take action against the police personnel who danced on the DJ with the accused of rape in Pallu police station of Hanumangarh district. CM Gehlot said that no one is above the law. On Wednesday, CM Gehlot changed the SP of Dholpur-Dausa. For the second consecutive day, CM Gehlot reviewed the law and order by holding a meeting with all the range IG-SPs. It is noteworthy that the video of Hanumangarh district’s Pallu police station in-charge Amar Singh and other police personnel celebrating Holi with the accused of rape had gone viral on social media. A case was registered against the accused in Pallu police station itself.
CM said – no one is above the law
CM Gehlot said that no one is above the law. CM Gehlot said in a review meeting with the police officers that such incidents boost the spirits of the accused. CM Gehlot said that no person is above the law who will not compromise with the rule of law. Keeping this spirit in mind, the police should act impartially in every case. It is the primary duty of the police to bring justice to the victim. Any negligence in this is not tolerable. It is noteworthy that CM Gehlot took a review meeting of police officers on Wednesday. After the meeting, orders for transfer of Dholpur and Karauli SPs were issued. Congress MLA Girraj Singh Malinga is accused of assaulting the officials of the electricity department in Dholpur. A case was also registered against the police MLA. In the suicide case of Dr. Archana Sharma in Dausa, SP Anil Kumar was transferred. While Lalsoth SHO was suspended.

The video of celebrating Holi with the accused of rape in the police station went viral on March 25. In the video that went viral on social media, Pallu Police Officer Amar Singh, accused Raju Dhukia and Gopiram Barber along with staff along with staff are seen playing Holi in the police station itself. On March 4, 2022, a case was registered against the accused in Pallu police station itself. Raju Dhukia and Gopiram barber had lodged a case of attempt to rape on March 4 by a woman from a village in Pallu through Istgasse in Pallu police station. On this, the police had registered a case against the nominated Raju Dhukia and Gopiram Nai under various sections. But instead of taking action against the accused, Pallu police was seen playing Holi with them.
